What To Know About The Course Political Science And Other Related Courses


POLITICAL SCIENCE

Political Science, as defined by American Political Science Association is "the study of governments, public policies and political behavior both in the United States and abroad". This meaning is applicable to every other countries around the globe.

Political Science as a course is a study that trains and educates aspired politicians on the political systems available and the functions of each components available in the system. Political Science influences the kind of government a nation has. It influences the individual rulers of government, allowing them to run their power based on national accepted policy of the nation.


INTERNATIONAL LAW AND DIPLOMACY

International law is a medium where states and nations get to bond thereby establishing relationship just by understanding each other's policies. Diplomacy is the practical relationship between States and nations as guided by international laws.

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

International Relations deals with everything that are available in a nation which attracts other nations to invest, and benefit in, and from.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Public Administration deals with the actions that are carried out by the government to communities in order for desired changes for the good of the nation to take place.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Conflict resolution deals with solving disputes among people involved. Conflict resolution is a critical aspect that is required in all other courses that falls under the same faculty as it, including but not limited to  Political Science, International Law and Diplomacy, and Public Administration.

JAMB, NECO, And WAEC Logos


All these tertiary school institution courses mentioned here are courses under the faculty of Social and Management Studies. The results of subjects required in SSCE GCE, WAEC, NECO, are similar, and must at least, have Credits;C's in five (5) compulsory subjects related to the course must be gotten as grades. The subjects required are:

Economics

History

Literature in English

Data Processing

Civic Education.

The first five subjects listed above are compulsory you have C's on.

For JAMB, you need to score above 180 and 200 to be favored without much evaluation before the required amount of candidates are picked. The subjects required are:
